Jesus is the Son of God. He came to this earth to give us a way out of sin .

"Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."
John 14:6

We have all fallen short of the glorly of God. " for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God..."
Roman 3:23

To be Saved, all you have to do is believe in your heart and confess with your month that Jesus is Lord. 

"that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
Romans 10:9-10

Just repeat this prayer:

"Dear God, I ask you to forgive me of all my sins.  Sins that I know of and sins that I do not know of.  I ask you into my heart. I believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose again in 3 days and now sits at the right hand of God interceding for me. I freely forgive all who have done me wrong or sinned against me. Father I ask you to forgive them as you have now forgiven me."

 Now say:
"Satan, I renounce you and your spirits of wickedness! You are not my god and I will not serve you anymore!  Get out of my life! Jesus is now my Lord!"

Now say:
"Father,  here I am and by your help and grace I will live for you and serve you from this day forward, for you are now my Lord.
In Jesus name I pray,    Amen"
